Founded and Established during 228 BBW by the 3 Greatest Martial Artists of their time the Planetary Alliance Force, or P.A.F for short, was created in retaliation to the Empires sudden construction but also to mark the unification of various races which called Planet Earth home. Namekians, Earthlings and Saiyans alike united under one banner to fight for Earths survival amongst more aggressive super powers and they were under the watchful eye of the 3 Masters who acted as the head of the organization as well as their direct superiors. After standing tall for almost three centuries the hierarchy has inevitably changed as age caught up to those who gave orders however their principles remained as each Master of their style handed down the mantle to their most talented disciple and with the technological backing of Capsule Corp the organization continues to grow.

The main HQ for the P.A.F is located in Central City. Since the Alliances official establishment the three Masters and the Planetary Government have transformed the City into a Base of Operations with several buildings serving as barracks, training facilities and storage for Capsule Corps many experimental projects. The local airport has also been converted into the main hangar bay and a large tower serves as the domain for the Turtle, Wolf and Crane Masters along with a handful of Elites who have proven their worth.



Masters: A mere formality to what they originally meant, the title of Master was given to the pupil who had displayed the most promise and tenacity with one of the three fighting styles but now it is a label for those who act as the leaders of the P.A.F. There can be only 3 who hold the title of Master at any given time, the Crane, the Turtle and the Wolf and can only be handed down once the prior has resigned from their position of leadership or has been declared dead by one of the Alliances allocated doctors. As a Master you have the final say in declarations of war, territorial expansion, resource management and promotion orders.
Elite: Second only to the Masters of the Alliance and considered the best fighters within the ranks, the Elites have proven themselves as indispensable warriors and are not restricted to certain purchasing licenses. Also they are able to command adepts, warriors and students on the battlefield.
Adept: The title of Adept is an honor given out to the most loyal and gifted Warriors who have endured many hardships and displayed a high power. As a reward for their advancement they are given the honor of creating their own squad should they wish and are able to issue orders to both Warriors and Students on the battlefield if they are not already assigned to another squad leader.
Warrior: Students who have proven themselves worthy through intense training and combat are awarded the title of Warrior which rewards them with more freedom within the Alliance such as access to various facilities as well as purchasing licenses to more powerful equipment. Although they are a higher rank by no means are they able to issue orders to students but they do have a priority over them.
Student: Fighters who have not yet proven themselves worthy enough to be branded as an official warrior of the P.A.F, most students have just graduated from the Dojo Academy or have not trained enough to be recognized and are thus branded as common foot soldiers. As the lowest ranking member of the Alliance it is inevitable that they must follow orders from those higher than them (with the exception of warrior)
