Collective Empire of Vegeta

Established after First Contact in order to necessitate the different races which joined the Empire by the "Shadow" King, the Collective Empire of Vegeta was formed as both a restructure and a means to further their overall goals of intergalactic domination. The Empire has and always will be led by a single member who acts as their King which enables action to be taken immediately without opposition or intervention from other members. Located on Planet Vegeta the C.E.V has employed the assistance of the native Tuffle Race who have founded a scientific organization known as Luna Tech who is only matched in intellectual superiority by the Alliances Capsule Corp and because of this the Empire has flourished and technologically leaped hundreds of years beyond their time. The faction as a whole believes in galactic superiority through aggression, intimidation and battle but are known to show great compassion to those who prove themselves useful to their cause and are in no means tyrants like the Kold Empire.

The heart of the Empire is located in the Kings Fortress, a massive behemoth castle centered in the heart of the Capital which holds facilities able to house the entire army and its equipment. Located on all four corners of the Fortress walls are the hangar bays and in the center of it all the many scientists of LunaTech continue to expand the arsenal of the C.E.V through tedious research.


King: The one who rules the entire Empire and considered the strongest of them all, the King has earned his title not through blood or privilege but through battle and the ability to conquer those he sets his gaze on. The King is in charge of promotion, resources and also military strategy.
Elite: The strongest of the strong, they fiercest of the fierce, the elite have won several battles and hold a power level only exceeded by the King himself. They command the respect and actions of all those below them and hold seniority over any squad established in battle. Because of their title they may also hold sway with the Kings decisions.
1st Class: The title of first class is only issued to those who have proven their tenacity and loyalty to the Empire and are in turn granted the option to form their own squad should they wish, also they are granted a much more wide array of items for purchase with an upgraded license and are allowed access to certain facilities within the Castles walls. In combat they are able to command both second and third class warriors who are not already assigned to another first class combatant.
2nd Class: Those who have proven themselves worthy in battle and considered true warriors within the C.E.V, second class fighters are considered veterans in on the field and are not to be trifled with under any circumstance. Although they are senior to third class fighters they in no way are able to issue orders on the battlefield. Because of their prowess in combat and loyalty to the Empire they are granted certain purchasing licenses.
3rd Class: The Grunts and Footsoldiers of the Empire, third class fighters are considered the weakest off all fighters as they have either graduated from the Academy or have not trained enough to be recognized as a full fledged Warrior amongst the ranks. As the lowest class they are to obey any order given to them by their superiors.
