FIGHTING STYLES
Each warrior in the Eternal Saga Universe has a variant of three specific fighting styles. Being the common arch types they are offensive, defensive, and balanced. Each of these fighting styles has their advantages and disadvantages and should be chosen carefully when you are joining. Once you join you can not change your fighting style.

Leveling up your fighting style:
Your fighting style will have an EXP bar that will gain experience as you fight other members or participate in events. Each style has ten levels of effectiveness, with level ten being "Mastery". Each time you level up your fighting style you gain a statistical boost to your character to reflect the level up. Each level up you have, the experience bar’s limit increases by one thousand. Once you master a technique you no longer gain EXP for that style.

Having multiple fighting styles:

Under normal circumstances you are not allowed to have multiple fighting styles. You may only have one. If a warrior master’s a style, however, they are able to undertake an additional fighting style and begin to level it up. The second fighting style acts just like the first and gives stat boosts as you level it.

Offensive Style
This style represents the "attack first, as questions later" attitude. With this, strength is boosted at the character’s start and overall strength roleplay gain is enhanced. Warriors who use the offensive style are usually effective when paired with warriors using the Defensive fighting style.

Additional Starting Stats:
Strength + 30
Energy + 20

Additional Stat Gain Per Roleplay:
Strength + 3
Energy + 2

Additional Stat Gain Per Level Up:

Balanced Style
Represents a warrior who attacks on inpulse but chooses his actions wisely. These fighters are trained to be intelligent in their attack choice but be fierce and relentless when engaging their enemy. Warriors who use the balanced style are typically best when paired with other balanced style warriors.

Additional Starting Stats:

Defensive Style
This style represents a calm warrior that picks his attacks wisely and chooses to stay defensive in order to wait for the right opportunity to strike. Warriors who use the defensive style are usually effective when paired with warriors using the Offensive fighting style.
